With the news of the 6 Rounds of Punk tour coming to Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park I posted earlier today, I’ve had a very punk rock soundtrack in my head.
Even though Face to Face isn’t playing that festival, the band, which started in Victorville, played Riverside a lot in the early years.
“Blind” has always been one of my favorites from the band. I actually saw one of their final shows before they broke up in 2003 in Washington, D.C. and then I saw one of their first shows back in 2008, in Anaheim.
Now, onto one of the bands playing that Lake Elsinore show–The Misfits. (The Vandals, Guttermouth and Strung Out are among the other acts on the bill.)
The Misfits song I seem to spontaneously sing while cleaning the house is always “Skulls.” No idea why. Enjoy!
