Los Angeles hip-hop icon Murs announced the details for the 2013 Paid Dues Independent Hip-Hop Festival lineup on Thursday, Dec. 20 on a live video stream.
The eighth annual festival will be Saturday, March 30 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino.
Pre-sale tickets are on sale now through Friday, Dec. 21. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Saturday, Dec. 22 at www.paidduesfestival.com and www.ticketfly.com at 10 a.m.
“This lineup has been getting more and more interesting by the day,” Murs said as he announced the lineup.
Headlining will be hip-hop supergroup Black Hippy with Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, Schoolboy Q and Jay Rock.
Current radio favorites Macklemore and Ryan Lewis will return for Paid Dues in 2013.
“For me for everybody, they were on Paid Dues last year and they …took the world by storm,” Murs said as he announced them on the lineup.
Dom Kennedy, Tech N9ne, Immortal Technique, De La Soul, Joey Bad…, Grouch and Eligh and Hopsin are also on the lineup.
There will be more acts announced in the first week of January.
