Two Inland rappers are heading on the road this winter for the Road to Paid Dues tour.
Noa James and Curtiss King, who have been putting out some of the best music to come out of the region year after year with Black Cloud Music, will be joining Murs on the tour, which goes around the U.S. and ends at the Paid Dues Independent Hip-Hop Festival in San Bernardino in March.
Profstophouse & Fundo and Fashawn are on the tour as well.

This is a huge boost for James and King, who have been tirelessly promoting the talent of Inland artists beyond hip-hop for years. James performed at Paid Dues in 2011 and King performed in 2012. Both of them are also very involved in Riverside’s weekly night It’s the Common Ground at The Vibe.
If you haven’t heard King’s new album, “Atychiphobia,” you should. It’s one of my favorites of 2012. James has also been a perennial entry on my year-end lists.
