Are you suffering from Coachella lineup anxiety? Do you find yourself refreshing the Coachella homepage repeatedly? Are you constantly scanning Twitter for any sign of an announcement? Do you see hints of headliners in random Instagram photos of the Empire Polo Club posted on the Coachella Facebook page?

Yeah, I know how you feel. However, you need to remember that while Coachella was announced in early January in 2012 (Jan. 9 to be exact, the earliest date it was ever announced), it’s far more common to have the festival details announced later in January. In 2009 the lineup was announced Jan. 30.

Here’s the chart I made tracking Coachella lineup release dates. You can see it in a larger version by clicking this link.

In the meantime, you can tell us who you think will headline Coachella 2013 and you can win a $75 gift card for camping gear.

I promise you as soon as I have the details of the show, they will be posted here. If you want to ask me Coachella-related questions or just want to talk about music in general, you can follow me on Twitter at @vanessafranko.

I’ve covered the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Country Music Festival since 2007. All of the Coachella prediction posts here are tagged with Coachellaology.
