For those of you wondering about working at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival or the Stagecoach Country Music Festival this spring–here is some news for you: festival producer Goldenvoice is having a job fair this week.

Goldenvoice is seeking local residents for hourly temp positions. The job fair will be Friday, March 15, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 45149 Smurr St. in Indio.

Some of the positions available: on & off-site customer service, camping, lost & found and tollbooth staff and stagehands. The interviews will be on a first come, first served basis and you will have to complete an application on site. You will also have to provide proof of California work eligibility.

The complete job descriptions can be viewed at the Smurr Street Office beginning on Wednesday, March 13.

*Note: If you’re interested in the positions, the job fair is where to get in touch with Goldenvoice. I’m just the music reporter for The Press-Enterprise. I have nothing to do with the employment at the festival. Good luck to all!

Also, if you haven’t seen it, I took the location data from my original Coachella artist map with all of the 170-plus artists and then went through and calculated the Facebook likes for each artist. Click on the photo below to check it out.
