As Paid Dues moves to San Manuel Amphitheater in Devore on Saturday, March 30, the first performer gracing the main Paid Dues stage at the independent hip-hop festival will be representing the Inland Empire.
Moreno Valley’s Stevie Crooks gets things started at 12:15 p.m.

The festival’s three stages will include performances from Black hippy, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Tech N9ne, Immortal Technique, De La Soul, Swollen Members, Vinnie Paz & Ill Bill and dozens of others.
Inland-based Black Cloud Music, which includes Curtiss King and Noa James, who just got off the national Road 2 Paid Dues tour with rapper Murs (who puts on the festival with Guerilla Union), will be hosting the Monster Energy Stage.
James and King will also be celebrating their return home at The Vibe in Riverside on Sunday, March 31.
