Racks Billiards and Bourbon will be the site of a suicide prevention event on Saturday, June 8.

The event, Live Life, aims to raise a minimum of $1,000 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention as well as awareness.

The main event of the evening is a hip-hop showcase, which will be headlined by Curtiss King and 60 East.

Speaking of Curtiss King, he is the guest on this week’s edition of PE Live.

Here he is doing “Oh My God” from the session. You can see the whole group of performances and an exclusive interview at PE.com.

Other performers at Live Life include Jon Bot, Avant Garde, Sore One, Apostrophe, Blackanese, Notiz Yong and Abstract Illusions.

There is also visual art and a beer pong tournament in the afternoon (that actually uses water instead of beer).

The daytime events start at 2 p.m. and the evening events begin at 8 p.m.

8 p.m. Saturday, 1650 E. 6th St., Corona, $10, 21 and older only.
