CORONA: Little River Band, Billy Vera play M15

M15 in Corona is hosting two classic artists this weekend.

First up is the Little River Band, which will perform on Friday, June 14.

The band is known for this such as “Lonesome Loser,” “Cool Change” and “The Night Owls” are among the Australian band’s biggest hits.

Tickets are $20-$30, before fees.

On Saturday, June 15, Billy Vera and the Beaters will perform at the venue. Vera was actually born in Riverside.

The band’s best-loved hit is “At This Moment,” which rose to the top of the charts after it was featured in the 1980s sitcom “Family Ties.” Vera also sang the theme songs for “Empty Nest” and “The King of Queens.”

In November, Vera released “Billy Vera: Big Band Jazz,” which pays tribute to artists including Duke Ellington, Count Basie and Buddy Johnson.Saturday’s show will be a big band concert.

Tickets for that show are $20 before fees.
