RIVERSIDE: Sarah Horn to judge Hollywood Bowl a cappella competition

The Cal Baptist voice teacher and musical director of Riverside Youth Theatre who became an overnight sensation after singing “For Good” with Kristin Chenoweth at the Hollywood Bowl on Friday, Aug. 23 is headed back to the storied venue.

After 2 million views of her performance of “For Good,” Sarah Horn will be back at the Bowl on Sunday, Sept. 8, where she will judge “ABBA-Cappella”, at ABBA tribute ABBA: The Concert.

The competition features three Los Angeles-area collegiate a cappella groups: The Scattertones (UCLA), SoundCheck (Chapman University), and The SoCal VoCals (USC).

There will be a sing-off of ABBA classics including “Take a Chance on Me,” “Money, Money, Money” and “Does Your Mother Know.”
