The Lake Elsinore Grand Prix returns to the Diamond in Lake Elsinore this weekend and in addition to the off-road racing action, there will be local music over the two days.
On Saturday, Nov. 9, Simon and Hunter, Midnight Satellites, Late Night Revival and Don’t Kick Jimmy will perfom.
On Sunday, Nov. 10, Ascension and Indica Roots will be on stage.
Ascension just played the Whisky A Go-Go this week, opening for The Halo Method, a group that includes members (and former members) of Papa Roach, Evanescence, In This Moments and more.
The young rock group has been gaining steam since taking home the last Band Wars title at The Vault concert venue in Temecula.
11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, 500 Diamond Drive, Lake Elsinore, free admission, but parking is $10-$20.
