Pappy & Harriet’s Pioneertown Palace just announced a HUGE show in between the twin Coachellas.
The Pixies, who reunited at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival back in 2004, will be playing a show on Thursday, April 17.
As of right now, the band hasn’t been announced as part of the Coachella 2014 lineup, but Syd Arthur, the psych rock band opening the show, is. The show will be outdoors. Doors open at 7 p.m., Syd Arthur goes on at 8 p.m. and the Pixies take the stage at 9 p.m.
There’s also a sold-out Future Islands (another band playing Coachella 2014) show inside at 11:30 that night.
