Moreno Valley is repping the I.E. at the Paid Dues Independent Hip-Hop Festival at San Manuel Amphitheater in Devore today.
Guerilla Union has already posted live performances from Stevie Crooks and Speak from the festival. Also, Inland Empire hip-hop collective Black Cloud Music is hosting a stage, too.
